Cut and welded to size
A wide offer of projection surfaces for front and rear projection, able to satisfy the most different applications. They can be supplied cut to size or welded to achieve the requested dimension. Are considered surfaces cut to size all the fabrics with sizes that doesn’t exceeds the height of the foil, while those with bigger dimensions than the height of the foils requires one or more welding.

WHITE: pvc fabric with matte white front and glossy white back, universal use. Excellent planarity, good brightness and wide viewing angle, no hot-spot effect, perfect light distribution and colour uniformity. Weldable without overlapping, fire-retardant, cadmium free, washable.
HI-GAIN WHITE: pvc fabric with matte white front and glossy black back. Excellent planarity, good brightness and wide viewing angle, no hot-spot effect, perfect light distribution and colour uniformity. The black back is the ideal solution for environments where full control of ambient light is not possible. In particular, it acts as a shield when light sources are present behind the screen that could interfere with the projection quality. Weldable without overlapping, fire-retardant, cadmium free, washable. NB: do not use it as a blackout curtain! the sun overheats the surface, damaging it.
WB FOLD: extra-soft pvc with a white front and black back. Offers good brightness and a wide viewing angle, no hot-spot effect, perfect light distribution and color uniformity. The black back is the ideal solution for environments where full control of ambient light is not possible. In particular, it acts as a shield when light sources are present behind the screen that could interfere with the projection quality. Thanks to its extreme elasticity, it is the ideal solution for frame screens ad screens with borders and grommets. It can be easily folded and, once applied to the screen, regains its original flatness within about ten minutes. The sheet height of 320 cm allows the production of seamless screens up to 3 meter high.
CONTRAST GREY: pvc fabric with matte grey front and glossy grey back. Excellent planarity, good brightness and wide viewing angle, no hot-spot effect, perfect light distribution and colour uniformity. The special grey surface guarantees high contrast and colour rendering. Weldable without overlapping, fire-retardant, cadmium free, washable.
SONORA: perforated pvc fabric with matte white front and glossy white back. Excellent planarity, good brightness and wide viewing angle, no hot-spot effect, perfect light distribution and colour uniformity. The holes are diameter 1,3 mm and their function is to make the surface acoustically transparent, suitable when the sound source is placed behind the screen. Recommended for screens over 3 mt wide. Weldable without overlapping, fire-retardant, cadmium free, washable.
MICRO SONORA: perforated pvc fabric with matte white front and glossy white back. Excellent planarity, good brightness and wide viewing angle, no hot-spot effect, perfect light distribution and colour uniformity. The holes are diameter 0,4 mm and their function is to make the surface acoustically transparent, suitable when the sound source is placed behind the screen. Recommended for screens up to 3 mt wide. BLACK: pvc fabric with matte black front and glossy black back, designed for creating scenic content in special locations. Suitable for hjgh-brightness projectors. Weldable without overlapping, fire-retardant, cadmium free, washable.
REAR PRO: pvc fabric grey translucent for rear projection, universal use. Excellent planarity, good brightness and wide viewing angle, no hot-spot effect, perfect light distribution and colour uniformity. Weldable without overlapping, fire-retardant, cadmium free, washable.
DUAL FACE: pvc fabric opaline white, suitable both for front and rear projection (one side at a time). Excellent planarity, good brightness and wide viewing angle, no hot-spot effect, perfect light distribution and colour uniformity. Ideal for applications in the Digital Signage and rental sector, as it can be used for projections from both sides of the screen (one side at a time). Weldable without overlapping, fire-retardant, cadmium free, washable.
CHROMA KEY: green pvc fabric for chroma key, a technique used to create overlay effects of two different images or two different videos. With this technique, the background color of the first image can be removed and replaced with any other image. Weldable without overlapping, fire-retardant, cadmium free, washable.
